2. Orders & Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, but only if your request is submitted and finalized before our daily 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) operational cutoff window.

What if I missed the 5:00 PM ET cutoff window?

Once the cutoff window closes, your order is locked into our physical handling sequence and cannot be modified or halted. However, once you receive the delivered package, you are fully welcome to utilize our 60-Day Return Policy to send the item back for a full refund.

To be eligible for a full refund, your T-Shirts or Hoodies must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of stains or odors, and enclosed in their original product packaging with all accompanying tags intact.
