Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy – Fuzzmakes
Thank you for shopping with Fuzzmakes! We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right. Please review our return, refund, and exchange guidelines carefully for a smooth experience.
- Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Condition: Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
- Packaging: Whenever possible, return the product in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: Include your order confirmation or receipt.
- Reason for Return: Provide a written explanation (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, defective product).
- Photo Evidence: Submit at least 2 clear photos showing:
- The affected or damaged area
- The size tag (for sizing issues)
- The full front and back of the product
Return requests without proper photographic evidence may not be accepted.
- Return Timeframe
Returns must be requested within 120 days of delivery. Requests submitted after 120 days cannot be accepted.
- How to Start a Return
Email support@fuzzmakes.com with:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
- Required Photo Evidence
- Indicate whether you prefer a replacement or refund
Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
- Return Shipping
- Our Fault: If you received the wrong item, wrong size, or a defective product, we cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
- Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is not due to our error, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.
- Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.
- Refunds include the original shipping charges if applicable.
- If your refund does not appear within 10–15 business days, please contact your payment provider.
- Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item or size
- The product differs significantly from what was displayed
Exchanges are not accepted for personal preference, wrong size choice (unless we sent the wrong size), or minor cosmetic issues.
To request an exchange, email support@fuzzmakes.com with:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Description of the issue
- Desired replacement item/size
- Required photo evidence
If approved and the item is in stock, we will ship your replacement at no additional cost with tracking information. If out of stock, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution, such as a different item or a full refund.
- Order Changes & Cancellations
- Please review your order carefully before checkout to avoid delays or fees.
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before shipping at no cost.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
- To cancel, email support@fuzzmakes.com with your order number.
Important Notes
- Return window: 120 days from delivery
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is our fault
- Fuzzmakes is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
